Intelex Corporation creates and publishes highly accurate full-text databases in the humanities for the purpose of scholarly research.
They chose drw Design to redesign the existing site, the goal being to give it an elegant, Old World feel and a more sophisticated style. Since they were web-savvy, but felt they didn’t have the design talent in-house to achieve the look they were after, we created the new design, navigational elements, style sheet, and several sample pages that contained their content. They converted all the pages on the existing site to the new look on their own—a cost-efficient solution.
We include this site because we originally did it in 1999. It is still in use today. And it still looks nice! It shows that classic design principles never go out of style.
